This is Andrea’s favorite core value because: “I am so lucky to be able to introduce talented and hardworking individuals to opportunities they might not otherwise identify for themselves. Through introducing the right opportunities and being there every step of the way until that perfect job is secured, lives are changed. There is nothing more gratifying than getting that call 6 months or several years later, stating that they couldn’t imagine themselves working anywhere else. I love that I got to play just a small part in that process.”  

What else you should know about Andrea:

  • Every Memorial Day she heads up to Tomahawk, WI with her entire extended family to the cottage her grandfather built with his bare hands to spend the holiday weekend eating good food, ATVing, and laughing around the campfire.
  • She wants people to remember her as someone who doesn’t take herself too seriously and for being an unwavering sister/daughter/mother/friend/partner.
  • Her personal motto is: “GYB – I always got your back!”
