Francie is the face of onboarding here at Extension, working tirelessly to get Assigned Employees through the onboarding process and to their first day of work. She works to improve processes and initiatives, advocates for both internal and assigned employees and enriches Extension’s awesome company culture. She is passionate about her team making a difference every day!

This is Francie’s favorite core value because: “Having a great team to celebrate with is fun – but you really learn who has your back when there are hard times and I appreciate that Extension wants to be sure to always have each other’s backs!”  

What else you should know about Francie Hyduke:

• When she was a kid it was her dream to be a teacher when she was older – just like the awesome elementary school teachers she was lucky to have!
• She heads up north to Minocqua every spring with her family to make homemade maple syrup – the first year she went she was only 4 months old!
• She would like to be remembered as: Someone who is positive, friendly and always wanting to lend a hand to help. “I want people to know they can come to me with questions or advice and I will do my best to help and I can’t I’ll be a support to find the best help they need"
