For positions that require background or occupational health screenings, Extension can provide drug screening, criminal background check, employment or education verifications, etc. We coordinate the specific screening requirements for your company, and take our direction from you.

There are some scenarios where a selected candidate isn't the right fit for a position. Sometimes this isn't apparent until that person has actually started working in that position. This can be said for any employee, whether they were introduced through Extension or not. If you aren't satisfied with an employee that came through Extension, we will replace them. Our direct-hire agreements have placement guarantee terms. Our contract-to-hire program privides an opportunity to see an employee in action, in the work setting, before you determine if you'd like to hire them.
