Extension is seeking a Financial Advisor for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Delafield, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and present financial plans to individual and family clients and help them implement recommendations.
  • Monitor client investments and review performance, suggest and implement changes to client portfolio as deemed appropriate.
  • Support primary advisor in servicing existing company clients.
  • Develop new business by participating in community events, organizations, networking, as well as develop and deliver seminars and make speaking appearances.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of financial planning experience 
  • CFP® designation or candidacy
  • Series 7 & 66 licensed.
  • WI Life Insurance License
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects
Salary Information
  • $100-$125K + bonus potential
