Extension is seeking a Accounts Payable Coordinator for a contract opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for answering internal and external AP inquiries
  • Will handle Ariba invoice posting, status familiarity, and exception resolution
  • Conduct GRIR research and resolution and other AP team support if needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Full cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • SAP experience; familiarity with common AP t-codes, R block/3-way match resolution
Salary Information
  • Starting pay $23/hour
