Extension is seeking a Billing Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit monthly payment applications/draws 
  • Process subcontractor payments, obtain lien waivers, ensure compliance, and manage certified payroll 
  • Conduct cost review meetings, analyze costs, and handle billing close-out documentation
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of billing experience, in construction or manufacturing industry
  • Associates in Accounting 
Salary Information
  • $60K-$80K plus bonus opportunities
