Extension is seeking a Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices, including entry into software, applying to committed costs, and obtaining approval from PMs.
  • Maintain vendor files, manage W-9s, and oversee annual 1099 reporting
  • Handle payroll processing, including union and non-union employees
  • Assist with new hire paperwork address payment inquiries from subcontractors and vendors.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of payroll experience, ideally in construction industry with union experience
  • Familiarity with payroll processing software
  • Experience in accounts payable  
  • Associate's degree in accounting 
Salary Information
  • $50K-70K
