Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

Lead and provide technical guidance in NPD projects, sustaining efforts, and engineering projects.
Design and oversee electrical schematics, circuit analysis, and PCB design, ensuring production readiness.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design files, manuals, and application documents.
Support product certification, troubleshooting, and manufacturing, including automation system development.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
7+ years of experience with at least 3 years of electrical design/NPD
Working understanding of control circuits, power components, circuit analysis, component evaluation and testing
