Extension is seeking a Customer Service Rep  for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Order entry - incoming/change/blanket orders 
  • Assist with creating customers portals to receive order updates 
  • Work with Operations/Quality teams to expedite orders 
  • Resolve, via email and phone, customer complaints, order updates, shipping updates, changes, etc. 
  • Document all customer/client interaction within CRM/SAP/ERP system with accuracy 
  • Audit/run reports on Customer Order Processing to report back wins/areas of improvement with Customers, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Ops Teams 
  • Provide office admin support as needed - filing, updating records 
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years customer service experience within manufacturing industry 
  • Order entry experience 
  • Excel knowledge required 
  • ERP/SAP/CRM experience a plus
Salary Information
  • $25/hour
