Extension is seeking a Director of Total Rewards for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oconomowoc, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive competitive total reward strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Oversee the design of compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Oversee the annual salary review process.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to manage health, dental, retirement, and other benefit plans.
  • Manage the total rewards budget.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of total rewards experience - benefits, compensation, and total rewards.
  • Healthcare or hospital experience preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree required - open to HR, business or related field.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience having 3+ direct reports previously required.
Salary Information
  • $120k - $135k/year
