Extension is seeking a Small Business Manager for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in ELM GROVE, WI.

About Our Client
  • Small Business with national reach
  • Team of long-term employees (People go there and stay!)
  • No micromanagement 
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Manage 4-5 Customer Service Representatives
  • Create daily duties for team
  • Track productivity
  • Weekly reporting
  • Accountability for all employees
  • Help out in the customer service department when needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Must have a 4 year degree from an accredited University
  • 5+ years management
  • Solid work history
  • Small business background 
  • Phone and computer skills
  • Detail oriented, reliable, dependable 
Salary Information
  • $60,000 - $65,000
