Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as first point of contact for customer requests via telephone and provide resolutions to concerns
  • Prepare, process and enter high volume of sales orders
  • Support outside sales team 
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience within manufacturing/distribution industry
  • Advanced Excel, CRM and online chat experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and ability to work in fast-paced environment 
Salary Information
  • $25/hour
