Extension is seeking an HR Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Manitowoc, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR operations with a strategic and tactical approach.
  • Provide performance evaluations, talent reviews, and development support.
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred
  • Experience using an HRIS system is preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification, nice to have 
Salary Information
  • $75K-$100K
