Extension is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Waukesha, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Handles all payroll functions 
  • Prepares recurring union reports, including requesting and sending payments
  • Processes creditor garnishments and child support orders
  • Assists with HR functions including job postings and onboarding 
  • Paraphrase the top objectives/responsibilities of the job
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years payroll experience in construction industry
  • Multi-state and multi-union processing experience 
  • Knowledge of processing garnishments and child support orders
  • Proficient in payroll software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HR Generalist functions 
Salary Information
  • $26-$33/hour
