Extension is seeking a CNC Programmer for a Contract to Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Franklin, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
  • Program CNC machines using MasterCam, solid models, and 2D CAD for efficient production.
  • Optimize workflows by creating and maintaining part routings, monitoring job rates, and following production schedules.
  • Implement process improvements and manage CNC program libraries 
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and prove out CNC machining centers, ensuring optimal operation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Technical Degree a plus
  • Knowledge of production procedures and CNC programming 
  • 2+ years of lead experience, or equivalent non-lead experience
Salary Information
  • $30-$35/hour
