Facilities Maintenance Tech

Extension is seeking a Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Washington County.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform facilities maintenance and completion of projects.
• Experience with chillers, air compressors, and HVAC.
• Assist in the coordination of construction and remodel projects.
• Continually inspect internal and external facilities for areas of concerns and improvements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, plus a degree in a related field
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and electrical/hydraulic drawings.
• LOTO and Forklift certification required.
• Strong understanding of basic hydraulic and electrical systems

Salary Information

• $30-$32/hour
