Extension is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Franklin, WI.

About Our Client

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on machines, mechanical equipment, and plant systems (HVAC, boilers, pumps, etc.).
Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble equipment; perform preventative maintenance on company assets.
Troubleshoot and maintain servo-driven, PLC-based, and high-speed packing/labeling equipment.
Support equipment improvement activities and resolve manufacturing floor issues, including safety and layout improvements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including high-speed manufacturing (packaging, filling, labeling).
Proficient in basic carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, metal machining, and electrical controls (120V, 24V, 3-phase).
Experience with troubleshooting bearings, belts, gears, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC programming.
Skilled in welding stainless steel, Fanuc robots, inkjet printers, and GMP environments (OTC or FDA-controlled).
