Extension is seeking a Shop/Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Wisconsin.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
Lead a team of 4-6 panel builders, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and shop organization while maintaining production timelines.
Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and general shop maintenance.
Hands-on leadership in panel building, troubleshooting, and testing per UL 508A and NEC standards.
Collaborate with engineering to resolve design challenges and optimize manufacturing processes.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in control panel shop operations or 2 years of technical college.
Strong knowledge of AC motor control, electrical schematics, and industrial control systems.
Hands-on experience running wire/cable (24 AWG – 500 MCM) and assembling panels.
Proficiency in ERP systems, scheduling, and inventory management.
Ability to lead a small team, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a structured workflow.
Valid driver’s license, ability to work at heights, and willingness to travel occasionally.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and safety protocols.
Salary Information Up to $40/hr
